Archangel Michael's Greek Festival RETURNS!

 

We are grateful for our patrons and excited to bring this community event to you once again. Mark the dates in your calendar, and plan to come more than once because there is so much to do. Keep watch on this site for agenda updates as it gets closer, but it's easy to spend time with us on all three days. 

See the dancer on Friday, have a great Greek dinner from our kitchen, and hit the pastry department for dessert. On Saturday, bring a friend and shop the vendors, eat at the gyro booth for lunch, and buy more pastries to take home and freeze. We're still here for fun on Sunday so you can relax, watch the children dance, and have seconds on your favorite Greek foods and desserts. Bring friends and relatives, or meet new people. If we're at the Greek Festival, we're ready to OPA together!

An Outline of Our Festival

 For many years, the parish of Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church has welcomed the Citrus County community coming to our  Greek festivals to explore the  flavors of Greece, our live music, the adults and children dancing, and our Hellenic culture. In keeping with that tradition, we invite you to come join us at our Annual Greek Festival and experience a three-day journey through Greece here in “our own America”. Our visitors will choose from authentic plate options inside to the traditional outside grille; savor an assortment of Greek pastries; indulge in shopping from a variety of vendors; and take a tour of our church that focuses on its Orthodox history.
